Wounded Warrior Christmas at Walter Reed

VFW Post 8208, PO Box 653, Ruckersville VA 22968 will be happy to accept unsealed cards and unwrapped gifts for delivery to Hospitalized soldiers and Veterans over the Holiday period.

 

Suggested gift would be a Major Store, Gas, Restaurant or other gift card which is placed in a Christmas Card or a multi tool (leatherman).

  The 8th  District  VFWVA is  also accepting monetary donations to defray the cost of a VFW Christmas Party to be held at the Mologne  House 1800-2100 Hours on 11 Dec. VFW Post 8208 is also accepting donations for that efforts as well as our ongoing troop support efforts over the Holidays. VFW Members to include an “Elf” will be on the wards Christmas Eve and members of VFW 8208 will be present until midnight Christmas Day.  VFW Post 8208 is also providing wounded troops transport for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners at VFW Post 3150. Reservations are required in advance contact the Post for further information.

  VFW 8208 will also be providing transportation for the wounded troops and family members to Midnight Mass Christmas Eve.
